You can access both ultrasound services and x-ray on a self-referral basis, on the same day. Where a GP referral or opinion is required, our GPs are on hand to ensure you not only need to use the service, but also without waiting times.

It uses sound waves that reflect differently depending on the density of the tissue, allowing doctors to examine soft tissues but not bones.
